About

Through exercise, we can prevent, improve and heal hundreds of conditions in the musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiovascular systems, plus a variety of mental health issues too'.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
I have always loved sports and training! My first ever sporting passion was Figure Skating back in Sweden as a little girl. In high school, I was introduced to soccer and ultimately took the leap from the ice to the grass as I just loved the team aspect of this new sport. I loved having team mates and a supportive crew around me to share both wins and losses.
By the age of 17 I joined a gym for the first time! I remember walking into my first group fitness class – and absolutely loving it! I was given a training program by a Personal Trainer and did both weights and heaps of different group classes and remember thinking that one day I'd like to become one of those instructors on the stage!
It just looked like so much fun to teach, motivate and train with a room full of people!
PHYSIOTHERAPY
I have always been fascinated by the human body and movement and completed a Physiotherapy degree at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. It was also during these years at university that I started my career as a group fitness instructor.
These days, I enjoy applying my skills and knowledge through Personal Training in a Physiotherapy practice setting, working closely with colleagues to achieve the best results for our clients and patients.
GROUP FITNESS
I am a Les Mills Trainer (train up new instructors) and Presenter (teach masterclasses) for Bodybalance and Les Mills Shapes. I also teach Bodypump, Rpm and Yoga.
PUBLICATIONS
I have featured on the cover of Women's Health & Fitness Magazine as well as Australian Iron Man Magazine (with my husband Mark, Health Man Mark) and have contributed with several editorial articles and workouts in print and in various online spaces.
MY PASSION
I currently work as a Personal Trainer at a Physiotherapy Practice called PHYSIOLOGIC on the Gold Coast, Australia.
I train people of all ages and fitness levels, and of course love to help clients rehabilitate and prevent injuries through training techniques based on Physiotherapy. I am a firm believer that physical activity is the BEST medicine for a variety of illnesses and conditions of the human body! Through exercise, we can prevent, improve and heal hundreds of conditions in the musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiovascular systems, plus a variety of mental health issues too.
I also very much enjoy Coaching clients online, as I can assist people from all over the world to reach their health and fitness goals through the online space.
