This is an Eating Plan restrictive in fats and carbohydrates, but relatively high in protein, enabling you to lose weight/tone up whilst maintaining and/or building muscle mass.
This diet is made by Australian Accredited Dietitian and Swedish Alex's husband Health Man Mark.
Please note that all Diets contain a variety of different foods and nutrients to enable a healthy and sustainable weight loss solution. Swedish Alex promotes weight loss through eating nutrient-rich foods, with an optional addition of certain natural supplements. Therefore, the diet contains actual meals and no meal-replacement shakes or the like.
All Diets are accompanied by a fully comprehensive shopping list, for convenience when shopping.
